Revision Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery) in Turkey. Shape Your Nose. Balance Your Face. Breathe Better.
Rhinoplasty, often referred to as a “nose job,” is a surgical procedure that reshapes the nose for cosmetic or functional purposes.
It can refine the nasal profile, adjust the tip, straighten the bridge, reduce humps, or correct breathing issues caused by a deviated septum (septoplasty).
Rhinoplasty is not just about appearance — it's about achieving facial harmony and improving quality of life.
🔹 Aesthetic Rhinoplasty: For nose shape, tip, hump, size, and symmetry
🔹 Functional Rhinoplasty: To correct breathing problems or septal deviation
🔹 Revision Rhinoplasty: For patients unsatisfied with previous nose surgery
🔹 Ethnic Rhinoplasty: Respectful reshaping that preserves ethnic identity
🔹 Ultrasonic (Piezo) Rhinoplasty: Precision reshaping with minimal trauma
You may be an ideal candidate if:
✔ You are unhappy with the size, shape, or symmetry of your nose
✔ You have breathing difficulties due to structural problems
✔ You are physically healthy and emotionally stable
✔ Your facial growth is complete (typically age 17+)
✔ You seek natural, balanced results in harmony with your face

We have answered the questions that patients are most curious about in rhinoplasty for you. You can always contact us for all your other questions.
Rhinoplasty is usually performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon reshapes bone and cartilage through carefully placed incisions to achieve a natural and balanced nasal structure.
Initial recovery typically takes one to two weeks, during which swelling and bruising gradually decrease. Subtle swelling may persist for several months, and final results become more apparent over time.
In certain cases, rhinoplasty can correct structural issues inside the nose, which may help improve breathing. This is evaluated during the consultation process.
Rhinoplasty results are generally long-lasting. Once healing is complete, the new nasal shape is designed to remain stable over time.
A stay of about seven days is usually planned for rhinoplasty. The splint and any internal supports are generally removed around the sixth or seventh day, and a final examination takes place before you are cleared to fly. Flying earlier is not recommended, because the nose is still swollen and sensitive in the first days.
Rhinoplasty is normally carried out under general anaesthesia, so you feel nothing during the operation. In selected cases limited to the nasal tip, sedation combined with local anaesthesia may be an option. The anaesthetist reviews your blood tests and medical history beforehand and decides with you which method is most appropriate.
In the closed technique all incisions are made inside the nostrils, so no external scar is left. The open technique adds a small incision across the columella, the strip of skin between the nostrils; this line usually fades over the following months and is difficult to notice at conversational distance. How a scar matures also depends on skin type and individual healing.
A small proportion of patients wish for a minor refinement once healing is complete, for example if cartilage settles differently than expected or if breathing is not fully satisfactory. Because swelling can take up to a year to subside, revision is normally only considered after at least twelve months. Your surgeon will follow your result over this period and discuss with you whether any further step is genuinely needed.
