A mini facelift lifts the lower face through shorter incisions than a full facelift. It is designed for early changes: a jawline that is starting to soften, the first signs of jowls, or cheeks that have dropped slightly.
Like a full facelift, it works on the supportive layer under the skin (the SMAS), not just the skin itself. That is what helps the result look natural rather than pulled.

How long do I need to stay in Turkey?
About 7 days. Your stitches are removed around day 6–7, and your surgeon examines you before you're cleared to fly.
Will a mini facelift fix my neck?
Only to a limited degree. If loose neck skin is your main concern, a full facelift usually gives a better result.
Can I have a full facelift later?
Yes. A mini facelift does not prevent a full facelift in the future.
Will I have visible scars?
The incisions are shorter than in a full facelift and follow the natural crease in front of the ear and the hairline. They are pink for the first few months and then fade.
Can I combine it with eyelid surgery?
Yes, in suitable patients. Combining procedures means one recovery instead of two.
Do I need to stop smoking?
Yes. Smoking reduces blood supply to the skin and increases the risk of wound-healing problems. You'll be asked to stop for several weeks before and after surgery.
Can someone come with me?
Yes, and we recommend it. Your companion can stay with you at the hotel.
