All-on-6 replaces a full arch of teeth with a fixed bridge held on six implants instead of four. The two extra implants sit further back in the jaw, so the bridge is supported along more of its length and chewing forces are shared across more implants. It needs more bone than All-on-4, and bone grafting or a sinus lift is more often part of the plan.

All-on-6 tends to suit people with good bone along the jaw, a strong bite or a history of grinding, and those who want the extra support. All-on-4 tends to suit people with bone loss at the back of the jaw, or who would prefer to avoid grafting. Your scan decides what is possible; your priorities help decide what is best.

All-on-6 may suit you if:
It needs careful planning, or may not be suitable, if you smoke, have diabetes that is not well controlled, have untreated gum disease, take medicines that affect bone, or have had radiotherapy to the head or neck.
To place six implants, there needs to be enough bone along the jaw. If there is not:
Sometimes these are done at the same time as the implants; sometimes they need several months to heal first, which can mean an extra visit. Your plan will say which applies to you and how it affects your time in Turkey and the cost. If grafting is not something you want, we will tell you whether All-on-4 is an option.
Send us a panoramic X-ray or, ideally, a 3D (CBCT) scan taken in the last six months, photos of your teeth, and details of your medical history and medicines. Your dentist reviews these and sends a written plan and quote.
First visit (about 7 days). Examination, 3D scan and planning; extractions where needed; placement of six implants, and any grafting done at the same time; fixed temporary teeth within a few days where the implants are stable enough.
At home (usually 3–6 months). Your implants fuse with the bone. Eat soft food, clean carefully, avoid smoking and send photos to your coordinator at one week, one month and three months.
Second visit (about 5–7 days). Once your implants are confirmed stable, your final teeth are made, tried in and fitted.
Your final bridge is usually either acrylic teeth on a titanium bar – lighter and easier to repair – or a zirconia bridge – very strong and stain-resistant, but harder to repair if it chips. Your plan explains which we recommend and why.

You will receive an implant card listing the brand, size and batch of each implant.
Swelling and bruising peak around days two and three, and are usually more noticeable after grafting or a sinus lift. You will have pain relief and, usually, antibiotics. Most people return to light activity within a week. After a sinus lift, you will be asked not to blow your nose hard or fly for a short period; we plan your flight around this.
Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4?
Not for everyone. Six implants share the load and give more back-up if one fails, but need more bone and often grafting. Your scan and your priorities decide.
Will I need a bone graft?
More often than with All-on-4. Your 3D scan will show this before you travel.
Will I leave Turkey with teeth?
In most cases, yes – fixed temporary teeth within a few days. If your implants or grafts need to heal first, we will explain the alternative before surgery.
Does it hurt?
Surgery is done under local anaesthetic, with sedation if you prefer. Swelling and discomfort for several days are normal and managed with pain relief.
How long do All-on-6 implants last?
With good cleaning, regular check-ups and no smoking, implants can last many years. The teeth on the bridge wear over time and usually need replacing at some point.
Can I fly after a sinus lift?
You may be asked to wait a few days. Your coordinator plans your return flight around your surgery.
